Registration Requirements
Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Even if the registration form is submitted before the above-mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.

Cancellation Policy
Requests for registration cancellation should be submitted via email to events@chemmedia.com.tr.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Invoices for the entrance fees that you will pay to register for our congress will be issued to the specified person or company, taking into account the bank account where the payment is made. In order for your invoice to be issued on behalf of your company, payments must be made through company accounts. We kindly inform you that your invoice cannot be issued to your company for the payments that you will make from your individual accounts. If payments are made from individual accounts, the invoices will be issued to the individual account holder.
